What is an ECOSYSTEM?

An ECOSYSTEM is defined by its PROTOCOL. Its objective is to evolve an international operational model which transforms historic and/or new forms of operations through DX - Digital Transformation and advanced AI.

The benefits of these efforts and creation of an ECOSYSTEM  may be captured in a form of Controllable Electronic Records ("CER"), designed as a value representation, right in a service or asset and other forms of storage and/or conveyance, including for use within a decentralised autonomous organisation (a "DAO") which relates to its participants.

An ECOSYSTEM may comprise various Components, including Digital Infrastructure Utilities ("DIU"), Digital Units Organisations ("DUO") and Digital Assets Organisation networks ("DAOn"). In addition, affiliated Protocols and related ECOSYSTEMs may be connected to enable use of multiple ECOSYSTEMs.

An ISO is a juridical legal entity formed in an applicable jurisdiction which faciliates Sponsorship of various Components mapped to an Ecosystem. A dISO is a digital ISO and is only available in a "Digital Ecosystem".

International Sponsor Organisation

Digital CER Units ("dcu") may be at the center of participation of individuals and entities within an ECOSYSTEM. The following schematic describes in more detail, the implementation regime to establish an ECOSYSTEM by implementing an ISO under a Master Protocol, benefited by embedded Protocols and their affiliated structures, components and contract forms.

An ECOSYSTEM ISO is an International Sponsor Organisation coordinating development and implementation of an ECOSYSTEM Protocol.

An iso operates globally as an active Sponsor, Developer, Operator and Promoter of its Core Focus activities, coordinating through its management, International Advisory Board, Member Association, DAOs and Core Focus members, supporting its clients, affiliations and communities.

ISO founders sponsor Alliance iii.o components which comprise the gateways and interconnects of ECOSYSTEM mesh network nodes on which the DAO(s) portion of the Protocol operates including its digital controllable electronic records.

ISO

An ISO provides an entity to operate globally with an expanding group of parties wishing to enhance the Protocol and Core Focus Objectives.

A portion of revenues may be allocated to ISO to pay staffing, stipends, travel, conferences, educational chairs, etc. ...

An ISO is owned by non-profit charitable | educational foundations, with no foundation holding 25% of more, thus no beneficial owners.

Its International Advisory Board, Member Association and DAOs assist in development, technical expertise, governance, collaboration and global awareness.
The Board of Directors and other governance bodies may be structured to fit the Protocol.

Revenue above expenses is distributed to Foundations.

In establishing an Ecosystem, various Components and other elements of an Ecosystem are brought together to create the operational and administrative framework of such Ecosystem.

In assembling Components, an ISO represents an "accredited party", particularly in the process of "sponsoring" a regulatory component.

Participants in a Sponsor ("Sponsor Group") of an Ecosystem, whose activities are administered through an ISO, may benefit from a range of Ecosystem activities, with a portion of such benefits being allocated to Ecosystem Society members, core Foundations and other participants as described herein, including intellectual property participants.

ISO Schematic

The schematic illustrates an ISO for O|Zone™ Initiatives. O|Zone™ provides a framework for geographic and Community centric Initiatives developed by AD&C Principals.

ISO Example

The following description is an ISO example, applicable to O|Zone™  ISO, which provides an international jurisdictional nexus point for the O|Zone™ Initiative.

An ISO for establishing a traditional  ("HOMEWORLD")  legal entity to facilitate O|Zone™  Ecosystem's geographic and jurisdictional activities.  Five non-profit charitable | educational foundations sponsor formation of O|Zone™ ISO in a manner which provides a statutorily protected portfolio infrastructure to facilitate an array of organisational and administrative capabilities, somewhat similar to an "association". A primary role is to act as "Sponsor" of various infrastructure Components which enable functionalities within O|Zone™  Ecosystems, consistent with principles of Alliance iii.o Protocol.

The primary foundations were established in 2001 by Alasdair G. "Sandy" Barclay, an early pioneer in computing, having participated in development of the COBOL computing language.

A key role of O|Zone™ ISO is in fostering global awareness of the primary mission of O|Zone™  Ecosystems, a PROTOCOL established as a framework for HUMAN, ORGANISATION and INTELLIGENCE interaction in improving local Community quality of life, sustainability and economic growth.

Embracing DX-Digital Transformation, O|Zone™  Ecosystems are designed with a significant focus on digital systems and operations. O|Zone™ Society represents the HUMAN component in a digital world.

Once formed, O|Zone™ ISO is to establish various Segregated Portfolio Unit facilities to support O|Zone™  Ecosystems HOMEWORLD interactions. These "protected portfolios" include a framework for O|Zone™ Society and its members.

Through this facility, O|Zone™ ISO is to participate in various benefits enabling it to fund costs associated with establishing HOMEWORLD Components of O|Zone™ Ecosystems and efforts of O|Zone™ Society as well as garnering support and direction for  the work of its Foundation Members.
